Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vaishnavi Jan Kalyan Foundation, we rely on the generosity of our donors to carry out our welfare projects. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a donation.
1. General Donation Policy
As a charitable organization, we generally do not offer refunds for donations once they have been successfully processed. The funds are immediately allocated to our active projects (Education, Health, Annapurna, Gau Sewa, etc.).
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund
We may consider a refund request only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- An erroneous double deduction or technical error occurred at the payment gateway, resulting in multiple debits for a single intended donation.
- A transaction was made fraudulently using your card/account without your authorization.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical error, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Please send an email to vaishnavijankalyanfoundation1@gmail.com containing the following details:
- Donor Name and Email
- Date of Donation
- Donation Amount
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your valid request, we will investigate the transaction with our payment gateway partner. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that any gateway charges or tax receipt adjustments will be factored into the final refund process.
